Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Ikazuchi. Character design by Yadokari, voiced by Suzaki Aya.
She has short brown hair with a hairclips on her left, brown eyes, and a fang. Her default outfit is the Special-Type's serafuku (white shirt, black sailor collar, red neckerchief, black pleated skirt, black thighhighs), but with the addition of a "III" pin unique to the Akatsuki-class. The "III" is on the right side of her collar.
An excitable girl, she is often shown with her sister ship Inazuma. The two are extremely similar in appearance; having been laid down on the same day they are depicted as twins. She is also often depicted as very doting to the Admiral, many a times spoiling them beyond help (her Pixiv nicknames "Loli-Okan" and "Useless Admiral Maker" refer to this side of her). Sometimes depicted as being clingy, to the point of being yandere, leading to the nickname "Black Thunder" among the fandom.
