igarashi kaede

Character in Seitokai Yakuindomo. Kaede is the strict leader of the Disciplinary Committee, and is often at odds with the Newspaper Club's Hata Ranko due to the latter's total lack of morals. Despite that, she is very much so vulnerable to most of the Student Council members - easily frozen in place by Shichijou Aria's outrageously obscene remarks, Amakusa Shino's general perversion, or the sight of Tsuda Takatoshi, which sparks her extreme fear of men. She has light brown hair kept in twin braids.
