One of Finn the Human and Jake the Dog's recurring enemies. An insane and childish old man who rules over the Ice Kingdom, capturing princesses as a hobby. He especially likes to kidnap Princess Bonnibel Bubblegum. His ice powers are fueled by the crown on his head, but the crown was also the source of his madness.
