Refers to Yamato's hourly line from the Kantai Collection browser game about being treated as a hotel, because historically speaking, battleship Yamato once hosted many important people with unusual luxury for a warship of that time, while Yamato herself rarely did any battle sorties in order to keep her safe to boost morale for the IJN.

Thus she gained her title in the game as "Hotel Yamato" even though in the hourly line, she actually doesn't like that title.
