The 5th costume of hololive's Hoshimachi Suisei. It was first revealed during her first solo 3D live concert "STELLAR into the GALAXY".

It consists of a white with frilled quilted juliet sleeves, a blue brooch, a frilled blue vertical-striped pinstripe shirt under a blue vest, s single a blue gloves single half glove, blue shorts a blue layered half overskirt with the outmost layer being a two-sided skirt with a pinstripe patter on the outside and a starry sky print on the inside, a blue o-ring thigh strap, blue uneven footwear consisting of a single thigh boot and a wide boot, both of them with colored soles and platform heels.
