The third mascot character of Culture Japan. She is Suenaga Mirai and Seiun Eiji's classmate.

She has black hair and green eyes. She is usually seen with under-rim, red-framed glasses and a hair ribbon.

Kanata Hoshikawa, a 3rd year high-school student at Asakusa Metropolitan High School and also a covert member of the Solar Marine Crimson Force and director of the news club. She often appears upset and tends to be stern with the other members of the club, but can sometimes be very nice as well. Kanata excels at assessing situations, earning her the lead position of the Solar Marine Crimson Force, and uses the Shinku Kunai (Vacuum Daggers) as her primary weapon on the front line of battle. She enjoys Sado (the art of making Japanese green tea) and is interested in various types of tea from around the world.
