hooman (nanashi mumei)

Members of Nanashi Mumei's fanbase. Although they have no official design, they are most often depicted as barn owls wearing feathers, a ribbon, and a brown capelet similar to Mumei's, a design inspired by her membership badges (as seen in Danbooru post #6561875 or Danbooru post #5762841).

Although it can be ambiguous when to use this tag over Hootsie or Nanashi Mumei (owl), it should generally be used when the owls in the drawing are intended to depict Mumei's fanbase.
