Holding a removed skirt.

When the skirt in question is still being worn, use either:

• clothes grab, Grabbing or holding on the skirt, without the intent to move it.
• skirt hold, Holding skirt in a non-revealing fashion.
• skirt lift, Lifting the skirt in a revealing fashion.
• skirt tug, Tugging the skirt in an attempt to cover revealed skin.
