Lit. North Star Humanist Rising Bird Wave
The power-up version of Toki's Hokuto Ujou Hagan Ken, appeared in Koei's Hokuto Musou, aka. Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage.
Due to its strong similarity with Wing Gundam Zero's beam attack in the Super Robot Wars series, it is frequently called Hokuto Ujou Rolling Buster Rifle.
