hokki-kun
Tomakomai City's surf clam mascot. The character made an appearance in Umamusume with fellow Tomakomai mascot Hokko Tarumae in the latter's swimsuit outfit of Pastel Marine Locadol. It may appear surrounded by "HP" which stands for Hokki Power.
