hiyou (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light carrier Hiyou. Character design by Kuuro Kuro, voiced by Ootsubo Yuka.
She is portrayed with long black hair in a hime cut with hair ribbons, purple eyes, and medium breasts. Her hakama is cut as a skirt and her flame color is pink.
Her uniform consists of a white blouse with red trimmings over a red dress shirt for the top, reminiscing their past as army-subsidized ocean liners, and a magatama. The bottom is a wide red hakama skirt trimmed to calf-length. They wear platform shoes. For their flight decks, they both use scrolls, the airplanes are shikigami, controlling them as onmyouji. They also emit colored flames with text reading "Imperial Edict".
