hiyoko (kancolle)

A member of the Rashinban Musume, or compass girls of Kantai Collection.

Her defining features are her brown hair in a long ponytail, and the chick (called a "hiyoko" in Japanese) that sits on her head. She wears a dark gray serafuku with pantyhose.

She usually has a "X3" expression and is portrayed as quite hyper.
