It is the first opening theme song of the anime series Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. The song is by Ootsuki Kenji.
The opening notably shows scenes of yuri, girls in bondage, Itoshiki Nozomu appearing bored, Tsunetsuki Matoi in shibari being suggestively held by Nozomu; and what appears to be an impregnated Fuura Kafuka is seen at the end of the video.
