hisamura natsuki (munmu-san)

A male admiral who features in Munmu-san's Kantai Collection comics. According to his profile, he used to be a major in the army before being seconded to the navy (making him a lieutenant commander now). He came into command over a newly established base for training shipgirls with ground-combat capabilities.

Notable for having personally participated in building his base from scratch, and being unusually comfortable around the shipgirls under his command (and vice versa, for the most part), to the point that it's normal to see him bathing alongside them (to the shock of newcomers).
