One of the main characters in the Integrated Strategies event "Mizuki & Caerula Arbor".
Because of her Aegirian race, her family was persecuted by the Inquisition and the townsfolk of their village. She was rescued by a bishop of the Church of the Deep, who promised her an idealistic world if she let him transform her into a Seaborn. Realizing that she wouldn't be able to sing anymore, she rejects her new form mid-transformation and is rescued by Mizuki, who brings her to Rhodes Island.
Her motif is based on Violescent sea-whip corals.
Her voice actors are Ooshita Natsumi (Japanese), Xu Xiaowen (Chinese), Ashlyn Madden (English), and Lee Da-eun (Korean). Her art designer is Horin_.
