hiei (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese battleship Hiei. Character design by Konishi, voiced by Touyama Nao.
She has short brown hair flipped back, and purple eyes. All of the Kongou-class wear a nontraditional miko uniform with differently colored skirts (hers is green), thigh boots, and wear the same signature winged hairband.
She tends to be depicted as a fiery airhead girl who usually can be seen worshiping Kongou, her big sister. This leads to her frequently being portrayed as a lesbian, siscon, and at odds with the Admiral, either being indifferent to his presence or holding a deep, perhaps one sided rivalry with him due to her sister's unrelenting admiral love.
Her "Hiei Curry" featured in her hourlies, whether it is good or bad (usually the latter), is infamous for making the admiral run away for several hours. Oftentimes, her cooking is plain censored food. Has a tendency to yell out "Hieee-!" (written "ひえー！" or with a typographical variant), which sounds like her own name.
