Hibiki Lui is a Japanese VOCALOID related character that was initially to be developed by VocaNext, and released for the VOCALOID3 engine. However, his development was suspended.
Created during YAMAHA's "Everyone's VOCALOID Project" (Danbooru pool #3382), he is formerly known as Lui (ルイ), an original Vocaloid character illustrated by Yuukari.
