Hex Maniac's first debut in RSE, as women wearing a purple witch hat, a purple cape, black shorts, and purple shoes. They appear to be holding a crystal ball.

They have long hair, which appears black at the top but is otherwise brown. They have blank eyes in the Japanese games. This was altered in the English and other international releases, where they have normal black eyes.
