hephaestus (housamo)
A Tokyo Afterschool Summoners character.

A genius System engineer who hails from the world of Olympus, but is now affiliated with the Crafters and attends university in Kamata. Although born to the bloodline that produces World Representatives, his peers refused to count him among their number and expelled him from Olympus while he was still an infant. He refers to the woman who raised him in their place as his Mama, and venerates her and those who bear her likeness to the point of zealotry. Out of shame at his appearance, he has meticulously created a robotic version of his ideal self, whom he calls Talos. Hephaestus himself feels deep sympathy for those who were abandoned at a young age, and feels compelled to help ease their pain just as they ease his. By contrast, Talos is drawn to those who, much like himself, were created so that they might be loved by others.
