A boss character in Toushin Toshi II and its remake, Toushin Toshi Girls Gift.

In the original game, Hasaera Rabi is a strict, hot-blooded angel knight who holds borderline xenophobic views of her enemies, but uses her hot blooded nature to disguise her truly cowardly nature. In Girl's Gift, however, her character is modified. While she is still an Angel Knight, she is far more calm and rational than her original counterpart, but still hides a cowardly nature beneath the surface. She also now possesses the epithet "Blade Angel," after the sword she wields in battle.

In the original game, she has long, pink hair and green eyes, with a circlet around her forehead. She possesses a pair of angel wings and wears a green shirt with a green skirt, with a gap exposing her midriff. In Girls Gift, her design is drastically changed to give her blonde hair and blue eyes, with her hair over one eye. She now wears blue elbow gloves and a halterneck, and her top exposes far more cleavage.
