hamanami (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Hamanami. Character design by Fujikawa, voiced by Tanibe Yumi.
She has long, bushy, waist-length bluish grey hair tied into a single braid and held by two black hair ribbons and an ahoge. Her hair barely covers her brown eyes.
Her default outfit is the Yuugumo-class school uniform: a long sleeved white shirt under a purple pleated dress, grey/purple pantyhose, and a blue bowtie. Her rigging is the same as the rest of the class: her funnel and foremast to her back, a 12.7 cm twin handgun mount, and two 61 cm quad torpedo tubes on thigh straps.
She is a very timid and gloomy girl who constantly stutters, speaking each phrase quickly, sparsely and quietly, sometimes even omitting an entire word or phrase.
