One of the supporting characters of the Metal Gear series. Also called "Otacon", him and Solid Snake became good friends and partners after the Shadow Moses Incident. He's actually obsessed with anime (favorites are mechs). Voiced by Christopher Randolph in North America, and Hideyuki Tanaka in Japan.
