hair over breasts
A female's hair draping over her breasts, whether it results in or intended as censorship or not. When it does result in censorship, be sure to add hair censor.
This is also called "Godiva hair", inspired by the story about Lady Godiva (the term "peeping tom" was coined based on this story, as well).
