Character from Luminous Witches. Nicknamed "Gracie".

A retired witch from Liberion with the rank of Squadron Leader. She is the one who came up with the idea of the Aviation Magic Band to make use of non-fighting witches to raise morale during the war.

Her familiar is a Quarter Horse and she's based on American actor and pilot James Stewart.
