A Touken Ranbu character.

A tantou. He is often depicted with several tiger cubs, since according to legend, his namesake weapon was used to fight off many tigers. However, Gokotai himself is very shy and prone to tears.

His Kiwame form replaces his tiger cubs with one single large tiger.
