An extensive post-One Year War upgrade to the GM mobile suit, outfitted with much more powerful thrusters and verniers for extra mobility. In spite of all that, it was still nothing special in any way, and Kou Uraki quips that it is "remarkable for being totally unremarkable", a statement that would plague the GM series through all its life.
