Glacia, known as Purim (プリム) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.
One of the Hoenn League Elite Four, this elegant lady traveled far to hone her Pokémon's Ice-type moves. She seeks opponents with a fiery passion for battle (official bio).
She has pale skin, blue eyes, and long blonde hair styled in quad tails. In her ORAS outfit, she wears a white choker, a low-cut purple dress with three-quarter-length sleeves, white gloves, and blue high heels.
