gensokyo odyssey
A Touhou satire visual novel released on April 16, 2024 by Kronington, after 3 years in the making. It satirizes and parodies common tropes in other Touhou fan media and fan interpretations of characters infused with some early Gen Z humor. Features both animated and live-action skits, numerous pop culture and meme references relevant to early Gen Z, borderline insane dialogue and character interactions, and the most protagonist of all time, all while still telling its own story, having a unique minigame gimmick of having the danmaku be done through air hockey, and a soundtrack composed by Kronington consisting of remixes in various genres and styles, as well as a few completely original songs.
It also features an original character, Kakkoi Elbertson.
