General is infamously known for being one of the most impossible-to-beat final bosses in the history of fighting games, with many, MANY expert fighting game players being easily beaten by him multiple times. This has also given him a fearsome reputation in M.U.G.E.N, being able to easily defeat other SNK Boss-type characters like Shin Akuma.
