Bettel has white/grey hair with pink and aqua gradients, and he also has heterochromia (pink right eye, blue left eye).
His default attire consists of a black top hat, a multicolored coat, black gloves, and thigh boots with high heels and a hole for toe cleavage. Without his coat he wears a white shirt, a black corset with coattails, and black shorts, which combined with his thigh boots gives the impression of zettai ryouiki.
