Major antagonist seen late in Final Fantasy IX.
Created Kuja, Zidane, and their race of Genomes to act as physical vessels for the planet Terra's dead souls once that world merges with Gaia, the world that FF9 takes place on.
Not the same Garland as the one seen in Dissidia Final Fantasy, but FF9 Garland is directly referencing the Garland seen in FF1.
