galaxia (sword)
Meta Knight's trademark sword in the Kirby video game series, also appearing in the anime Kirby: Right Back At Ya and the Super Smash Bros. games. It has a golden blade with 4-6 spikes (2-3 on each side) and a ruby-colored pommel stone on its hilt.
In the games, Meta Knight is capable of summoning tornadoes and sword beams with it, but in the anime adaptation, it is a separate entity with a mind of its own. As a sentient being, Galaxia will only allow those with pure intentions to touch it; otherwise, they will be electrocuted and/or killed. The only known character besides Meta Knight that is capable of wielding Galaxia is Kirby.
In Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, Meta Knight wields a sword called the Master, or the Master Sword. It reuses the appearance of the Galaxia in Meta Knight's sprites and official art, though in other artwork its appearance varies. It is unconfirmed whether or not these are the same sword, or if "Master" is merely the name of the copy ability Kirby gains while wielding it.
Magolor Soul and Void Termina can use giant swords closely resembling Galaxia in their boss fights, which raises more questions than answers.
