Fumiruiru is Kuon's handmaiden and childhood friend.

Born from an union between members of two rival clans, she was left behind as a baby until Ulthury took her and, as the clans end their grudge due to her existence, was bought back to her family. It was in this state that she debuted in the original Utawarerumono, making her only somewhat older than Kuon.

In her adulthood, with her talents and Urtoriy's tutelage, Fumiruiru became a very proficient mage and healer. With her beauty and her other "talents", she became known as a great beauty. With her clumsiness, her wardrobe malfunction tendencies and her obliviousness to this, she also became known as the "Lady of Destruction". It was in this state that she appeared in Utawarerumono: Futari no Hakuoro as a playable character.

In the western release of the games, she is refered as Fumirul, as to simplify the pronounciation of her name.
