fortune teller (touhou)
A minor Touhou character that has appeared on Chapter 25 of Forbidden Scrollery.
He was a human that killed himself and then resurrected as a youkai, because he realized how pitiful the life of Gensokyo's humans is. Despite not wanting to hurt anyone, the red-and-white miko exterminated him for good, as people from the human village are not allowed to turn purposedly into youkai.
He's unique because he is currently the only known humanoid character of the series that has been killed for real after the introduction of the spell card rules.
