fold-over collar

Any collar that overlaps one side over the other. Not to be confused with the folded-down wing collar.

This does not include traditional garments that have fold-over collars by default, as seen in clothing such as Japanese kimonos, Chinese hanfu, Korean hanbok et cetera.

It may, however, be seen in garments that fuse elements of East Asian clothing with other fashion types, such as with wa and qi lolita.
