feather hair
Hair that includes feathers which grow out of a character's head, typically seen on bird girls. Silence is a typical example of a character with feather hair (e.g. Danbooru post #3347896)
Not to be confused with feather hair ornaments, which are merely hair ornaments, not part of the character's body.
