evelyn (pokemon)
Evelyn, known as Lesoir (ルスワール) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon XY.
The third-born of the four Battle Chatelaine sisters, she has a very shy personality but very real skill. In the Battle Maison, she is in charge of Double Battles (official bio).
She has blue eyes and shoulder-length blue hair. She wears a blue top hat shaped like a rose, a blue strapless dress which leaves her shoulders bare, black elbow gloves, a blue collar, black pantyhose, and white heels.
