elpeo puru
(Also spelled "Elpeo Ple".) A character in Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ, voiced by the late Honda Chieko. She piloted a custom Qubeley Mk II (colored purple).
It is said that she was named after a magazine called "Lemon People" (L. People), hence the odd romanization of her name.
