Originally a character from the manga Hatarakimono by Takemoto Izumi, she is better known for her appearance as a playable character in the PC-98 Touhou game Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream.

This tag can be used instead of or in addition to Ellen (Touhou) when the image has no connection to Touhou or shows Ellen as seen in the manga (e.g. Danbooru post #706903).
