She is portrayed with long pink hair done into twin curls, ahoge with a star hair ornament, and grey eyes. Her default outfit consists of a red garrison cap with her periscope, headphones with her stabilizer fins (one of which contains her hull number and badge), white coat with a black swimsuit under clothes, thigh strap with her real-life battle stars, grey choker with the ship's bell, white gloves, pink thighhighs, and black ballet boots patterned off her real-life hull.
Her rigging is a single handheld variant of her real-life bow with a 12.7 cm single gun mount.
