Dr. Wheelo is the main antagonist of Dragon Ball Z's second movie, The World's Strongest. He is shown to be a hulking machine with a large organic brain visible.

In Dragon Ball Heroes, he is called by the name Dr. W and appears with a humanoid cyborg design, unlike his movie appearance. His main appearance in Heroes is that of an older man with a cyborg eye (Danbooru post #7828122), but it gives way for a much more robotic cyclops design not long after.
