She is one of the main characters in the side story event Dorothy's Vision.
Her motif is based on the jerboa. Her name is derived from the protagonist of the novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and its author, L. Frank Baum.
Her voice actor is Satou Satomi, character design by Jacknife.
