Donkey Kong, also referred to as Donkey Kong '94, is a 1994 puzzle-platform game developed by Nintendo and Pax Softnica and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy. It is loosely based on the 1981 arcade game of the same name and its sequel Donkey Kong Jr. A spiritual successor, Mario vs. Donkey Kong, was released on the Game Boy Advance in 2004.
