Character from Umineko no Naku Koro Ni. Leader of the Eiserne Jungfrau (Iron Maidens) and is named after Ronald A. Knox, who wrote the famous Knox Decalogue, a list of "rules" that mysteries should follow in order to be solvable.

She has purple hair which is styled into drills. Normally she seems cold and emotionless, but can sometimes become rather terrifying. She is famous for her english catchphrase "Die The death! Sentence to death! Great equalizer is The Death!!"
