Prototype transformable mobile suit developed from the Delta Plus as a technology demonstrator. Contains the NITRO system, allowing non-Newtypes to use the pair of prototype Fin Funnels equipped on the machine. Its frame has been enhanced with extra thrusters, allowing it to fly both in space and in the atmosphere.

Armed with a shield that doubles as the Delta Kai's forward section in Waverider Mode; the shield also carries a pair of beam sabers that double as beam guns when transformed and a mounting section for a variety of experimental weapons.

A hand-held beam cannon called a "Long Mega Buster" rounds out its weapon loadout.

This suit appears in Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn: UC 0094 - Across the Sky, the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn video game and UC: MSV.

NOTE: The HGUC kit contains extra parts from the Delta Plus mold, such as an extra Beam Rifle.
