As a humanoid amphibian who uses a sword, Cyrus is probably a reference to Frog and Cyrus from Chrono Trigger.
Cyrus has green skin, yellow horizontal pupils, and a scar across his left eye. He wears an orange scarf around his neck, sode armor on his shoulders, fingerless gauntlets, a shoulder strap running across his chest, a gourd hanging from a red belt of rope around his waist, baggy blue pants, knee pads, and cross-laced shoes.
Cyrus wields a katana. He may be depicted with a scabbard in his hand.
