criminal scum! (meme)
"Stop right there, criminal scum!"
One of the possible generic lines uttered by a guard in Oblivion when interrupting the player's crime in progress (usually lockpicking). Meme'd because of its authoritative shock value. Particularly when the player gets surprised by an unseen guard from the back.
Often shortened to just "criminal scum", especially in permutations of the meme (e.g. "Criminal scum sense, TINGLING!").
Translated as 「大人しくしろ、犯罪者のクズめ！」 in the Japanese version of Oblivion. Japanese fans use multiple different translations for the first part of the phrase, but the 「犯罪者のクズめ」part generally remains consistent.
