cooler (fifth form) (dragon ball)

Cooler's exclusive form, first appearing in Dragon Ball Z Movie 5, also known as Fourth Transformation (第４変身) and Cooler's Final Form. Unlike the previous forms in the Frieza Clan (which either suppress their power of their real form, or is their real form in their Fourth and usually Final Form), his Fifth Form was a power-up similar to the Super Saiyan forms. The body changes include a growth in height, gaining spike protrusions and additional gem-like parts, natural red eyes becoming fully colored and pupil-less, and the inclusion of a mouth mask.

In Dragon Ball Heroes, Cooler would take advantage of his brother's Golden transformation and combine it with his fifth form to become Golden Cooler.
