Azur Lane's personification of the cancelled battlecruiser USS Constellation (CC-2), designed by Mimoza.

She is portrayed with very long light blue hair, purple eyes, and large breasts.

Her default outfit consists of a sleeveless white dress with iridescent wings, differently-colored thighhighs (black on her right and white on her left), single white elbow glove, and a white halo. Her rigging consists of a futurustic flowing setup containing all four of her 406 mm twin gun mounts.
