columbia (azur lane)
The personification of the US Navy light cruiser USS Columbia (CL-56) in Azur Lane. Character design by Hao, voiced by Horigome Saya.
In-game, she is portrayed having long blonde hair and red eyes, with sunglasses on her head. She is wearing a blue-white shirt with a star print, dog tags, blue shorts, brown belt, and a striped single thighhigh on her left leg.
Her rig is the same as her sisters, with two 15.2 cm triple mounts on one side and two 12.7 cm twin mounts on another. Unlike Montpelier, she does not have 20 mm Oerlikon AA guns on her rig.
She is also shown chewing on bubble gum in her base art.

History
In real life, Columbia was among the first of her class to enter service alongside Cleveland, Montpelier, and Denver (the so-called "Solomon Knights"/Cruiser Division 12). Together they saw service at the battles of Rennell Island and Empress Augusta Bay.
She later joined Denver in the battle of Leyte Gulf, facing off against Nishimura's fleet.
After seeing further service in Lingayen Gulf and Borneo, she was decommissioned in 1946.
